Refund Policy

1Overview

Farpace sells prepaid "Data Credits" that let you unlock property addresses and related public record details on our platform. By completing a credit purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy in full.

2What Are Data Credits

  • 1 credit = 1 record reveal. Each credit unlocks one project's full property address and associated filing details.
  • Credits are delivered to your account immediately after a successful payment.
  • Credits do not expire and are not subject to recurring billing.

3All Sales Are Final

Non-refundable

All credit purchases are final. Data Credits are non-refundable and have no cash value.

We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits back to your payment method for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Unused credits remaining in your account
  • Dissatisfaction with record content or accuracy
  • Account closure or inactivity
  • Pricing changes after your purchase

Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another user, or resold.

4Used and Unused Credits

Once a credit is spent to unlock a record, that transaction is complete and cannot be reversed. Spending a credit grants immediate access to the unlocked data; the credit is consumed at the moment of unlock.

Unused credits that remain in your account are also non-refundable. You may continue to use them at any time while your account is active.

5Service Changes and Record Removal

Farpace may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. Public records displayed on Farpace are sourced from government filings and may change, become outdated, or be removed from our index to comply with privacy requests or legal requirements.

Removal of a record from our searchable index, temporary service downtime, or changes to available data do not entitle you to a refund of credits spent or purchased.

6Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error—for example, duplicate charges for the same transaction or a charge without corresponding credits added to your account—contact us at Email support within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate verified billing errors and, where appropriate, issue a refund to your original payment method or restore the correct credit balance.

Filing a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.
